Due to the increasing number of computers used in our workplace in our office we need to purchase additional POE splitter. There was an increase in workload and employees last month to handle the increase in calls per shift which was from 30 to 50 calls. The expansion and hiring of more agents especially those who have had experienced in inbound calls was due to meet the need for the company to handle the increasing bulk of work. Meeting new friends and new comers and seeing new face was really fun because it creates a new dimension in the office. With more employees that office was a bit crowded but we were patient because we knew that after the south wing would be finished, we will return to the spacious desk we once had, but it is great to have warm bodies near you especially during the wee hours when goes so cold that you feel that your feet is submerged under ice cold water. To make sure we could work together as one, we decided to have an acquaintance party on Sunday. When workers compete and become unfriendly towards each other, instead of working together for growth is really a huge problem in the morale of the company. To remove imaginary boundary, the company, put all personnel together on the same floor with only desk to separate them because departmental wars and conflicts is something the company avoids.
